PDCPD INTRODUCTION
Polydicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) is a process that uses dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) as raw material, mixes two-component materials under high pressure impact, and injects them into a closed mold at room temperature and low pressure to complete the polymerization reaction and form products.
Retaining excellent balance between rigidity and toughness, it is becoming a new type of high impact plastic that replaces certain traditional materials.
This new process that combines polymerization reaction with injection molding has the advantages of high material mixing efficiency, good fluidity, fast molding, flexible raw material preparation, short production cycle, low cost, low energy consumption, and stable product quality.
