Information Disclosure System for Hazardous Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Responsibility

1、 According to the Notice on Further Strengthening the Standardized Management of Hazardous Waste issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, this system is formulated to further standardize the management of hazardous waste in the company, strengthen the responsibility for preventing and controlling hazardous waste pollution, and combine with the actual situation of the company.

2、 The waste production department shall implement the disclosure system of hazardous waste pollution prevention and control responsibility information, and post the hazardous waste prevention and control responsibility information in a prominent position.

3、 The responsibility information bulletin board for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution shall be produced by the department responsible for its use and storage, and shall be responsible for the authenticity of the information disclosed

4、 The information on the hazardous waste pollution prevention and control bulletin board should include:

5. Name, generation process, and hazardous characteristics of hazardous waste;

6. Maximum inventory, disposal methods, storage locations, and destinations of hazardous waste;

7.Emergency disposal measures for hazardous waste and external rescue hotline;

8.Responsible person and contact number for managing hazardous waste.

9. The using department should update and maintain the information on the hazardous waste prevention and control bulletin board in a timely manner according to the actual situation of the company.

10. This system shall come into effect from the date of issuance.
